Commercial Roof Repairs

Our system-trained roof tech can assist you with identifying and repairing commercial roof issues. Common problems included issues with the roof membrane, wall flashing, pipes, punctures, drainage, and water pooling. We offer a one-year workmanship and materials warranty. If water leaks down from the same spot, we will provide free repair utill it stops; no extra bill for leaks from other locations that we did not observe the first time. We will provide before & after pictures for each job for your comparison.

ROOF REPLACEMENT

When the roof exceeds average life expectancy or it has too many historical repairs year after year, it is important to set aside a budget for future replacement, in order to protect assets and address other safety concerns.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

JH Roofing assists General Contractors with designing and building commercial roofing systems. We are trained and certified with leading manufacturers. Our founder, Jesse Hwong, uses his vast inspection experience to plan an installation and inspection process that results in a better roof system. JH Roofing incorporates five layers of inspections to ensure quality of work.

ROOF MAINTENANCE

Neglected roofs can lead to problems such as shortened life span, extensive repairs, expensive repairs, and safety hazards. Even worse, manufacturer warranties can be voided if roof problems are ignored. Don’t make this costly mistake. JH Roofing has a proactive program that provides a detailed inspection report, images, and repair cost estimate.

STORM DAMAGE

When storms hit our city, JH Roofing assembles teams of industry experts to interpret insurance coverage and devise the best strategy to assist in the recovery. Each team is equipped to handle the specifics of your claim so that you can afford to fix hail damage that has compromised your building structure.
